1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay | $14 per hour

Requirements | Bilingual in Spanish

Bilingual Collections Representative Responsibilities

  • Communicating with consumers regarding delinquent accounts.
  • Input detailed summaries of each call made.
  • Meet assigned production standards.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve any escalated issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
