Our Sales Engineering organization is seeking a Healthcare Director, Sales Engineering to lead a highly skilled pre-sales team focusing on our federal practice. In this role you will act as a second line manager, managing a team of SE managers as well as work directly with our sales team to understand the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate sales cycles, lead a team of sales engineers who provide value-based evaluation scenarios including demonstrations, labs, POCs, and pilots to close business.
Reporting to the Industry VP, Sales Engineering, you will play a hands-on role in building a team of sales engineers and owning the revenue and consumption responsibilities for the group.
This role requires experience within the federal/DOD/SLED space and to be located in the Greater DC Area.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
